Tis the Season with Trudi Harrison

"Sitting Fairy"

Hi Everyone,
Trudi back with you today sharing some more 2Crafty inspiration.
Tis the season for gift giving and  for my first project, I have created a sitting fairy
scene which would make a sweet gift for someone special.

I recycled a larger ribbon spool and affixed a Large Leaf Tree over the top to create the
base which the fairy sits upon.
Texture was added with mini art stones and embossing powder.  Sparkle was added with
glitter and a touch of metallic gold.
A Skeleton Tree creates an umbrella effect and Mini Leaf Branches arranged around the fairy.
A couple of smaller ones also cascade down from the top of the Skeleton Tree.
A smaller Fanciful Butterfly sprinkled with fine soft pink glitter gently rests on one of the
Leaf Branches.

I have also created a star embellishment - this would create a lovely tag to be added
to a gift bag or sitting upon a present.

A large Star was heat embossed and its shadow frame inked black
with metallic gold paint swiped over the top.
A few mini stars also dabbed with metallic gold paint and random heat embossing
added over the top.  These were clustered to the side of a Christmas Card Word Circle.

I would like to finish off now by saying that it has been an absolute pleasure being part of the 2Crafty Chipboard Team.  Heartfelt thanks to Vanessa ,Di and the 2Crafty design team over my time.
I thought I would sign off now with a few of my favourite pieces that I have created for 2Crafty:
